To prepare for an Access Bars session,
 
The main thing is to simply relax and be open to the experience;  Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to lie down easily.  

Mindset: Be open to the process and let go of any expectations.  

Communication: Discuss any specific areas of life you'd like to address with your practitioner.  

Hydration: Drink water before your session.

What to expect during an Access Bars session: Lying down: You will lie fully clothed on a massage table.  Gentle touch: I will gently touch specific points on your head, known as "bars," which correspond to different aspects of life like creativity, communication, and money.  
Most people find the session very relaxing and may even fall asleep.  

Aftercare: Drink water after your session to help flush out any released energy.
